The Robot Who Took Over America! by Kevin 6X

I had a dream, that I was in a large building that employed 100,000 people. Somehow a giant robot got into the building, and without drawing attention to itself, it began killing off the staff, and eventually it ran off the remaining people.

So, I am in this building, unaware of the robot, and I am wondering where the people are. It's doesn't appear to be an abandoned company; it looks well kept, and receives direct sunlight through clean windows. I hear a voice coming from a stairwell... it's the voice of Minister Louis Farrakhan. He is contending with a media personality, who is asking him for details about an issue that Minister Farrakhan claims to have no involvement in. I can hear in the Minister's tone that he is offended by the questions.

 

As I climb the stairs, I learn that Minister Farrakhan isn't in the building, but he's on a television program. The fact that a TV is on, gives me the impression that someone is present! And then I encounter the giant robot! It is menacing, threatening, and attempts to strike me with one of its hands. I was able to dodge the blow.

 

I discovered that I possessed great strength, when I leaped on the robot's back, reached for some instrument on the back of its head and twisted it off! Piece by piece, I tore away at the robot while it fought back, until I had broken it down "from its head" and wouldn't you know it... a little pale skinned man emerged from the interior of the robot, and crawled to his own death!

 

I climbed to the top of the building and began working on the outside of it, until enough people noticed me and all the workers returned to the building!

 

Sounds a lot like what is going on in this country. Perhaps I'll turn this into a fiction story based on true events! Machines have replaced many of the humans who used to be able to provide for their families from their paychecks. But we are in a time where depending on a job is a bad idea; we are now being called to do something for ourselves. In my experience of doing for self, it has been difficult getting support for an idea that doesn't have as much publicity as it needs.

 

The day I went into a Fresh & Easy market, I didn't spot one single grocery clerk! All of the cash registers were self check out. I wonder... will robots police us soon? Will we have a robot military? I mean, we've already seen unmanned aircraft!

 

What if machines were brought out to the forefront of corporate America, even down to our local post offices? Could you imagine, going in to buy stamps, and find no humans behind the counter, just robots or machines, giving you choices? Think about when you call a company, and you get to talk to these wonderful computers. You explain to them why you are calling... don't you often yell at the machine, "CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!"?

 

Are corporations preparing to exterminate human life? Reduce the population to a number that sounds like starting over? We've heard the claims that the world is over-populated; that resources are limited! Population control has already begun. Our children are poisoned at birth, by nurses and needles, when we're not knowledgeable about what is being injected in them, and not brave enough to tell the medical staff and school administrators to keep them needles out of our children.

 

Some of us are like zombies, being controlled by an unseen force, walking blindly into death, because we trust in a spook god to guide us!

 

What in the world can we do to save ourselves from this fate?
